About Kelvedon Hatch Nuclear Bunker
Kelvedon hatch located in Brentwood Essex was bult in 1952 and looks like any other ordinary bungalow, beneath this ordinary looking bungalow 125 feet below ground in a maze of tunnels and rooms.
Kelvedon hatch was built as a bunker to house military and government personnel to continue operations should there be a nuclear attack. There are dormitories, a hospital wing and many other rooms on different levels. The building closed in the 1990’s and is now owned by the family who originally owned the farmland that the bunker is built upon.
kelvedon hatch is well known as being paranormally active and has featured on tv’s most haunted. On previous visits guests have experienced apparitions, items being moved, strange voices coming from the long dark tunnel and the feeling of being watched and followed.
